The Legendary Store Marketer (LSM) builds sales at the local level by building relationships inside the restaurant, within the store's 3-mile radius, and throughout the community.

Working closely with the MP and the management team, the LSM helps to implement guest loyalty and sales-building programs and is responsible for tracking results on an ongoing basis.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the MP and management team with the creation, development and implementation of local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, PPA and overall sales. Follow the guidelines set forth in the LSM Playbook.
  • Develop Action Plans with the MP and management team, obtaining all necessary signoffs on plans and budgets.
  • Work frequently inside the restaurant, focusing on developing relationships with guests and educating them on the Texas Roadhouse Story and programs such as First Time Guests, Kids\Nights, and VIP programs that build guest counts, PPA and overall sales.
  • Help promote all Unified Programs (Valentines, Ribfest, Holiday Gift Card, etc.) including the P.O.S. tools and employee contests associated with them.
  • Complete and maintain a market survey of the store's 3mile radius and community, identifying priorities and areas of opportunity.
  • Conduct bread & rib runs to businesses, hotels, etc. and include visits to radio stations and local media to gain publicity for the store.
  • Help establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc. that lead to salesbuilding opportunities.
  • Work closely with schools and help initiate and drive "Partners in Education" programs.
  • Help develop and execute ongoing charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness.
  • Assist in all PR efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that promote the store and Texas Roadhouse.
  • Communicate frequently with MP, management team, and all employees (through alley rallies, etc.) about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
  • Bottom line: help build sales by building relationships while avoiding couponing, deep discounts, and high cost advertising.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
