    Job Description:

    Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Overland Park, KS school district starting next school year. The BCBA will provide district-wide behavioral support to students and staff.

    BCBA Job Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
    • Offer direct and indirect behavioral services to students.
    • Collaborate with educators and administrators to implement and monitor behavior plans.
    • Train school staff on behavior strategies and interventions.
    • Analyze data to measure the success of behavior interventions.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on behavioral goals.

    BCBA Job Necessities:

    • Must have a current BCBA Certification.
    • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and intervention techniques.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
