Our teams in customer service at our 4 locations in Pforzheim, Pirmasens, Landau, and Eppingen create satisfied customers every day for renowned companies in Germany.

For our location in
Landau, we are currently looking for a motivated team leader for customer service (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:


  • Administrative and organizational support for the Landau team
  • Planning and management of your customer service team
  • Continuous development of your team
  • Technical training/coaching for employees
  • Ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting operational management in daily tasks
  • Acting as a technical contact for the client

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
