- Keep the bar fully stocked at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and its respective areas.
- Put away the liquor/beer deliveries that come in during the day.
- Cut garnishes when low.
- Refill juice bottles, fruit trays, and ice wells.
- Restock liquor bottles and change out beer kegs during shift.
- Replenish napkins, straws, and other counter items.
- Perform bussing responsibilities, such as clearing glasses and trash from bar top and tables.
- Clean drink spills and sweep broken glassware immediately.
- Take out trash and recycling throughout the shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Barback position is an extension of the bartender. They are in place to assist the bar and wait staff in delivering top quality service. The Barback helps the bartenders in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and keeping inventory levels appropriate for the volume of business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly. Must be able to read and listen to instructions, memos, short correspondences, and messages.
PHYSICAL ABILITY:
$8/hr plus tips
