This FOO Analyst II role offers an opportunity to work closely with the ETF Equity and Fixed Income investment teams. As a key member of our front-office operations team you will support one or more of the five practices within Front Office Operations (FOO), which include Investment Platform Management Portfolio Monitoring Trade Implementation Client and Product Lifecycle Regulatory Policy Implementation Key responsibilities include demonstrating advanced knowledge of operations end-to-end workflows across asset classes supporting the building submission trade orders based on portfolio instructions or construction parameters reviewing responding pre post-trade compliance warnings related trading activity rebalancing accounts executing structural adjustments response market movements mandate changes addressing staying informed front-office operational issues investigating researching resolving issues validating completeness accuracy data reports analyzing accurately processing BAU requests client instructions transaction processing ad hoc tasks allocated by front office teams overseeing prioritizing onboarding country markets products funds compiling data supporting documentation internal external audits reviews compliance requirements collaborating senior leaders address mitigate process gaps providing valuable input business partners special projects contributing new ideas initiatives serving liaison questionnaires surveys RFPs ad hoc requests onboard sponsors monitor asset reporting continuously explore efficiencies support firm expansion respond proxy inquiries share findings internal stakeholders communicate effectively investments trading teams front office technology services users resolve escalate problems needed work stakeholders global offices.
