Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or criminal activities
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid security certificate/license preferred
• Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Knowledge of first aid/CPR techniques is beneficial
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Strong observation skills with the ability to detect potential security risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
