Description
Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, and transportation such as rental cars and limo services

  • Communicate efficiently with line service and pilots using ground radio, and phone system
  • Solicit sales of fuel for all aircraft; provide pricing and delivery information
  • Responsible for setting up new customer accounts, maintaining records, preparing accounting reports
  • Successful handling of high volume inbound calls
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
  • Maintain current on local attractions and activities, and other information that provide valuable services to our customers.
  • Other duties and projects as reasonably assigned by the Customer Service Manager
  • Required Qualifications:_
  • 2+ years of customer service experience,
- experience preferably in luxury goods/services or aviation

  • Ability to successfully and efficiently multitask with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problemsolving abilities
  • Willingness to learn a multitude of new computer programs and aviation software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and successfully complete background check and DOT lookalike drug test
  • Weekend availability is required
Work Environment


The employee's main work station is located at the front reception counter adjacent to an airport runway and aircraft ramp near an aircraft hangar in an airport environment.

Periodically aircraft noise can be heard.

Compensation


Hourly Range:
$18 - $24
Schedule

Sunday - 7 am - 3:30 pm
Monday - 11:30 am - 8 pm
Tuesday - 11:30 am - 8 pm
Wednesday - off
Thursday - off
Friday - 11:30 am - 8 pm
Saturday - 11:30 am - 8 pm
