Description

At our locations in Dingolfing / Landshut, we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team. Your mission will be to maintain and troubleshoot building systems in the areas of plumbing, heating, and ventilation.

This includes handling service requests, tracking and resolving issues, and performing maintenance tasks such as repairs, optimization, and new installations.

You will also be responsible for documenting all work performed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in plumbing, heating, or ventilation or a similar field, as well as experience in technical building management (HVAC, VDI 6022, VDI 6023, fire protection).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is also required. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well in a team. The position may require shift work (Monday-Friday) on a rotating schedule.
