- Manage the advisor recruitment pipeline by utilizing team resources, implementing best practices, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Report recruitment results effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Explain the Ameriprise value proposition to potential advisors, addressing concerns and providing necessary information. Assess advisor practices to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified candidates through various channels such as online tools, networking, and marketing efforts. Enhance advisor referral opportunities through developing local recruiting sources.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships between corporate partners, field leaders, and advisors to meet recruitment targets aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of products, processes, and capabilities for the broker dealer. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 7-10 years in a relevant field.
- Proven expertise in financial products and broker dealer operations. Previous experience in recruiting within the financial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities effectively, and work independently.
- Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong analytical, communication, and diversity hiring capabilities.
- Series 7 preferred.
