a/Training Coordinator / Instructional Designer at our manufacturing HQ located in
Elkhart, Indiana_.

Position Summary:


Content Creation

  • Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
  • Edits and develops online learning materials.
  • Creates learning experiences and environments.
  • Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Creates computerbased training (CBT) modules
  • Create learning templates for different audiences

Process Management

  • Collecting, Analyzing & Interpreting Data
  • Manages online learning communities.
  • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
  • Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.

Team Collaboration

  • Writes scripts for video, audio and other learning content.
  • Create learning tool documents to help sales enablement, customer service and other core learning audiences
  • Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the data warehouse, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Optimize queries and processes to enhance data retrieval and reporting efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain data warehouse performance metrics.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align data warehouse initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Requirements:

BS or MS, degree in instructional design, education, or related field

  • Ability to understand and conclude from quantitative or qualitative data
  • Keen Attention to Detail focusing on the details of work content, work steps and final work products
  • Experience in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
  • Effective professional communication skills
  • Collaborates well with strong interpersonal and organizational savvy
  • Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Understanding of web site design best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with design platforms, such as InDesign
  • Familiarity with course management systems,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical colleagues and clients
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Background in trailer, recreational vehicle, or automotive industry is a plus
  • Able to work independently, selfmotivated.
  • Team Player, Organized, Critical Thinker
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Project Management experience would be beneficial but not required
