Responsibilities
- Scheduling shipmentsdata entry
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask at fast pace, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
- Freight / Transportation knowledge

must have a flexible schedule_ _to accommodate shifts between 7:00am6:00pm CST with weekdays M-F. This is a _
fully inperson role_._
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
