Embark on a rewarding journey as a Senior Accountant with our esteemed clients Rental company, based in Paterson, NJ. In this dynamic full-time position, you will spearhead the meticulous management of our clients financial records and payroll processes. Your duties will encompass maintaining precise financial documentation, reconciling accounts, executing payroll procedures, and ensuring stringent adherence to regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated track record as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a comparable capacity
Profound understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and methodologies
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and adeptness in MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel proficiency
Exemplary organizational aptitude coupled with stellar time management skills
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity
Robust analytical prowess and adeptness in problem-solving
Effective communication abilities and strong interpersonal acumen
Proficiency in office management, with prior experience in executive assistance
Working knowledge of human resources practices
Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation
Competency in accounts payable and receivable procedures
