    Prepare and begin reviewing tax returns for Mid-Sized Private Companies in multiple industries, Investment Entities, High Net-Worth Individuals, Fiduciary Entities, and Non-ProfitsAssist with Tax Planning and ProjectionsConduct tax research & prepare accurate work papersRespond to tax authority notices independentlyMake journal entries for year-end close including bank reconciliationsGenerating trial balance & financial statementsAnalyze current and prior year General Ledger, Cash book, JournalDiscuss with client year-end adjustments to be includedHandle routine client questions, and work with clients to obtain necessary information for financials and tax return completionCommunicate client service improvement and business growth opportunity ideas to managementAssist with training & support of junior tax accountantsMUST HAVE 3+ years Current CPA Firm experienceCPA earned or in-progressAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and budgetsPerform complex financial analysisDesired Soft SkillsIntegrity, Intellectual Strength & AgilityHistory of being a passionate learner who welcomes skill-stretching opportunitiesAre an energized professional - seeking greater responsibilities and more autonomy with clientsHave the passion & curiosity to look through the financials into the business, to identify potential opportunities for client gainAre engaging & thrive building relationships internally and externallyFor immediate & CONFIDENTIAL consideration for this Senior Tax Accountant opportunity, please click APPLY
