- Design, develop, and update training programs in absorb (LMS) tailored to the needs of the sales and operations departments of iLending.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize various training techniques and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on Sales and Operational changes and to keep materials up to date.
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities based on business goals and performance gaps and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote training initiatives, gather feedback, and address challenges.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvements and innovations in training delivery methods and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer.
- Detail-oriented and can learn and teach auto-refinance procecces.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft applications.
- Proactive self-starter that works well independently.
- Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, office suites, multi-line phone, calculator, and other basic office equipment.
- Requires the ability to concentrate and consistently produce accurate work.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- The Team Member is occasionally required to stand and walk upstairs.
- The Team Member is occasionally required to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The Team Member must be able to lift and or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
