We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
Patient Advisor (m/f/d) for our headquarters in
Hamburg, Germany.

Everything we do starts with you.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and support their satisfaction from the beginning by providing high-quality service, including:


  • Individual and needsbased telephone consultation and support for our private patients at all clinic locations in Germany
  • Appointment management
  • Sending information material to interested private patients

Your profile

  • Career changers are welcome; preferably with a commercial, tourism, or gastronomy background
  • Some experience in customer service or telephone product consultation (e.g. in a service center, call center, or tourism)
  • High quality awareness and strong customer orientation
  • Empathy and enthusiasm in customer conversations
  • Selfmotivation, teamwork, and reliability
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Proficient in using PC/MS Office
