    Downtown boutique firm seeks a 3+ year experienced commercial litigation associate to join.

    We are an AV Rated, boutique downtown litigation firm with over 30 years experience specializing in complex commercial litigation.

    This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment within the legal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex commercial litigation cases, managing contracts, and providing expert legal advice.
    Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
    Managing and negotiating complex contracts related to mortgage lending and servicing.

    Providing strategic legal advice to the business on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.

    Collaborating with internal teams to ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
    Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters of importance to the company.
    A minimum of 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation include real estate, business transactions, construction, & contracts.
    Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation.
    Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal and business issues.
    Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
