The HGK Logistics and Intermodal combines its many years of expertise in handling specific types of goods with a comprehensive network of its own logistics hubs, ports, terminals, and specialized transport capacities. Based on this, it develops suitable logistics concepts, from customer-specific warehousing and contract logistics offerings to the organization of all transport and handling services in intermodal freight transport. The use of sustainable means of transport such as inland vessels or freight trains in the main route is an integral part of its DNA.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist and Office Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Ladenburg near Mannheim.

Your responsibilities
  • You are the contact person for superiors and employees for general HR administrative questions
  • You independently create employment contracts and other legal documents
  • You manage administrative HR processes and keep track of deadlines, appointments, and document returns
  • You support in maintaining and monitoring time management
  • You accompany the entire application process from job postings to conducting interviews to onboarding
  • You plan and organize trade fairs and company celebrations
  • You are responsible for organizing and implementing all accompanying measures for training-related topics
Your qualifications
  • You have a commercial education, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in human resources
