As a Service Portfolio Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, sales, and service teams for maintenance services in ABB Motion Services' drive technology in Germany.

Your role will involve supporting sales and service functions with your expertise in the service portfolio, particularly in periodic services, by assisting with design, pricing, order entry, and responding to customer inquiries.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of service contracts and digital services, such as innovative condition monitoring solutions.

This position reports to:

Head of Service Portfolio and Smart Solutions

Your responsibilities:

Provide sales support in designing customeroriented and costeffective service solutions (e.g. service contracts, maintenance schedules, and monitoring services) and preparing offers
Strategically plan and update the customer installed base, including onsite plant surveys as needed
Support digital services (app/web portal based) by assisting with commissioning and providing user support with the help of internal experts
Help grow our service contract business and coordinate with relevant
