On behalf of a senior care facility, we are currently looking for a Nursing Director (m/f/d) in Hamburg to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
You will convince our client as a person With your professional experience, personality, and empathy. Your salary will be determined in a personal conversation.


Your responsibilities:


  • You take on responsibility: with your professional skills, you ensure the quality of care in the facility, including the training of new colleagues.
  • Staff management: You approach your entrusted colleagues with empathy and conduct nursing and employee visits, among other tasks. With your appreciative personality, you promote employee loyalty to the company.
  • Mediator: You act as a liaison between the facility management, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Shift planning, budget planning and monitoring
