The Howard Company is seeking a motivated
Tech Support Specialist to join our Digital Support Team.

The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers who are experiencing technical issues with their menu boards or other technology.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely customer feedback.
  • Tracking and documenting service calls into ticketing system.
  • Willingness to learn other IT functions, such as imaging computers/screen and POS systems.
  • Availability to be on rotating schedule for oncall hours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • An understanding of computers and other technology.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues & problemsolve.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Consistently display The Howard Company's Core Values.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of phone support experience required.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
