General Description
Commline, Inc. specializes in radio frequency (RF) communications equipment and services, located in Gardena, CA.
We are seeking a CSR/E-Commerce Specialist with experience with online marketplace platforms, such as, Amazon Seller Central / Fulfilled by Amazon.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Maintain inventory to make sure all our products are constantly in stock.
- Engage with customers/vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create and followup with cases created with vendors.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Invoice orders daily.
- Data enter information into a database with mínimal errors.
- Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Adding new products on all ecommerce platforms with detailed descriptions.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- Must have a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Must have experience with the MS Office, such as, Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with any CRM software.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Values clear communication, responsibility, and high quality of work.
Compensation:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Paid Time Off / Paid Sick Leave
- Expected pay range is between $18$22/hour.
