    Bite Better in Redlands, CA is looking for team members to join our small strong team. Our ideal candidate is initiative, eager individual with an understanding and willing to learn mindset.

    Responsibilities

    • Be eager to greet customers and share knowledge about BB's menu.
    • Work together to ensure food is fully prepared and stocked.
    • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily
    • Follow recipes in order to maintain food quality
    • Adhere to food safety handling procedures
    • Maintain proper stocking of all food items
    • Maintain a clean appearance and adhere to wearing clean pants, BB shirt, apron and BB hat with hair well secured.
    • Communicate with fellow team members thoroughly throughout shifts.
    • Time & attendance

    Qualifications

    • Required to have Food Safety Training and Certification
    • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Must be at least 16 years old and fluent in English
    • Preferred: previous restaurant or cashier experience
    • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift or move 35 lbs

    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $17.00/hour.
