Your daily tasks:
You will monitor all technical systems such as ventilation, heating, and building control technology. You will carry out maintenance measures, maintenance work, and troubleshooting for these systems. You will monitor water values and perform water analyses for water treatment. You will open and close the building with alarm activation. Working in regulated shift services and taking on standby duties is not a problem for you. You will supervise external companies and provide them with instructions.

Your strengths:
You have completed training as an electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the field of building control technology. You have a knack for craftsmanship. You enjoy working in a team and collaborating across departments. You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a sense of responsibility.
