    Facility: Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing


    Position: Registered Nurse (RN)


    Salary: Up to $53


    Responsibilities:

    • Record and maintain patients' medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.

    • Supervise the nursing staff and address their needs to ensure a smooth workflow.

    • Coordinate daily administrative duties, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.

    • Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a seamless process.

    • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to all staff members.

    • Monitor medical charts and deliver compassionate care and assistance to patients and their families.

    • Collaborate effectively with doctors and administrators to enhance patient care.

    • Communicate any protocol changes to the nursing staff promptly.

    • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    • Accurately record and maintain reports related to patient care and activities.

    • Identify and respond to any issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.


    Requirements:

    • Valid RN License in the State of New York.
