Job summary
The Service Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the daily flow of repair work through the service department.This role assigns work to technicians based on skill level and availability,
monitors shop productivity,
communicates status updates,
and helps ensure repairs are completed accurately,on time,and to Stellantis and dealership quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in dealership service operations (dispatching,advising,warranty admin,or shop foreman support preferred)
- Strong understanding of automotive repair workflow and flat-rate operations
