Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.
What is this role?
As an onsite Customer Service Specialist for Cirkul, you will be the first point of contact with customers and will engage with them via phone, email, and chat answering questions about Cirkul products and representing our mission, values and voice.
Shift:
2nd shift: Four week rotation:
Driving Results: Troubleshoot customer questions, issues, or complaints quickly and efficiently. Working across multiple communication channels (phone, chat room, email) to ensure availability to customer questions. Taking Ownership: Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively help our customers.Making Decisions: Think creatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience. Cultivating Relationships: Provide a high quality customer experience. Relaying customer insights to appropriate parties to resolve shipping, quality, or website issues. Instilling Trust: Communicate clearly and consistently with customers in a timely manner. Customer Focus: Provide "above and beyond" customer service in all interactions with customers.
