Your responsibilities at C&A will include:

Developing and implementing a data governance/ data ethics framework that outlines policies, processes, and procedures for managing data across the organization.
Establishing a data governance/ data ethics council and leading council meetings to review and approve policies, standards, and procedures.
Managing data governance/ data ethics tools and technologies that support the program, including evaluating and selecting tools aligned with organizational goals.
Creating and maintaining a comprehensive data catalog with proper classification and labeling for easy identification and access.
Defining data quality standards and implementing controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data.
Overseeing data security and privacy to protect sensitive information and comply with regulations, including developing and implementing policies and controls.
Providing training on data governance/ data ethics to educate stakeholders on its importance and their roles and responsibilities.
Monitoring and reporting on data governance/ data ethics metrics to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
