Server Assistants for Toca Madera Houston, it's NEW LOCATION
The Server Assistant is a vital component of a great guest experience. Server Assistants help the Server make sure every detail is attended to.

Server Assistant clear dirty flatware and glasses, assist with guest communication, and anticipate the needs of the guest to make sure the experience is seamless.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of customer service to all guests and team members
Proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers and guests
Possess extensive knowledge on the beverages we offer and mastery of the food menu in order to properly garnish and send out
Be mechanical in execution, use organized steps of service to ensure order accuracy and consistency even in the busiest of times
Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
