YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our Master Data Management, you will be responsible for various tasks that combine your strong understanding of data structures, IT affinity, and sense of responsibility


Your main tasks include:

  • Central creation of articles (including translations / coordination of translations)
  • Creation and maintenance of production bills of materials
  • Maintenance of article master data and sales prices in the ERP system
  • Creation of product variants / class definitions in collaboration with the relevant department (using decision tables and IF functions)
  • Monitoring and control of article settings / inventory data
  • Proactive involvement in the design and development of processes in Master Data Management, also on an international level
  • Close cooperation with the product management, production, and design departments

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk)
  • Professional experience in a similar field / in data management
  • Interest in data structures and bills of materials
  • Relevant experience with an ERP system
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of English
  • IT affinity is an advantage (e.g. knowledge of SQL or specialized software such as KNIME)
  • Structured and analytical thinking, independent work style
