Ultimate Therapy 2, LLC is seeking an experienced PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.As the management company that oversees the Therapy Department, there are many benefits to working for Ultimate 2. We would like to speak with a Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises.

- An active state PT/OT license is required.
- SNF experience is required.
- Experience as an ADOR or DOR.
- This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
