As a Cash Management Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to the Bank's Cash Management Officers (CMO), Cash Management Relationship Managers (CMRM), and our cash management (CM) customers.

You will perform customer setups on bank systems, product & services, installation at customer's place of business or remotely, and provide quality customer service when issues arise.


Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the delivery of Cash Management support and servicing to Cash Management Officers, our customers, the Commercial Banking Division and other areas of the bank.
  • Assist Cash Management Officers in the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation and works with internal personnel to set up products and services.
  • Provides service and training to customers on all Cash Management products and services.
  • Responds to and either resolves or refers customer and employee inquiries to the appropriate department, and exhibits the necessary follow through. Interacts with vendors to handle system or customer support issues.
  • Recommends process and procedure changes to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience with Fiserv core, Q2 Banking platform, Intrafi platform preferred.

Education & Position Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent and 35 years of experience in a position requiring proficiency in routine daily tasks associated with Cash Management products and services, electronic banking, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the operation of related business machines and equipment with corresponding technical skills preferred. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as skills in written and verbal communications, mathematics, personal computers (Including MS Outlook, Word & Excel), planning, and complex problem resolution.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
