Compensation: Salary during training, progressive commissions
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in the agriculture or construction equipment sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Limb Buster Tree Saws.
• Attend 4-6 trade shows per year, travel and overnight stays required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of your sales
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in agriculture or construction equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the agriculture and construction industries is a plus.
Compensation:
• Salary during training period.
• Generous, progressive commission structure to reward high performance. Six figure income is very realistic with this commission structure.
