    Description

    We are looking to add a Systems Engineer to our team, someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should be versatile, ready to tackle different technical obstacles, and serve as a key point of escalation for our mid-level engineers.

    This is a full-time position based in Albuquerque, NM.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage IT projects to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Act as a senior-level escalation resource for mid-level engineers, offering expert troubleshooting.
    • Design, implement, and support cloud migrations to Azure and Office 365.
    • Supervise and maintain Active Directory environments.
    • Handle M365 administration tasks within Microsoft 365.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering top-notch service and support.
    • Utilize MSP experience effectively to address client requirements.

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and support.
    • Extensive background in Azure and Office 365 migrations.
    • Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange.
    • Exceptional customer interaction and communication skills.
    • Ability to function effectively as an escalation resource.
    • Nice to Have:
    • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.
    • Experience working with SonicWall and Unifi systems.
    • Experience deploying Access Points (AP).
