We are currently seeking to strengthen our team at St. Vincent College in Roßdorf, Germany. We are looking for several qualified nursing or educational professionals (m/f/d) to join our team in the day, morning and evening shifts, or a combination of all three (50-85% or full-time).

St. Vincent College is a social enterprise that provides services for people with disabilities or in need of care and support in Roßdorf (near Darmstadt) and the surrounding area. With around 170 dedicated employees, we support individuals in their work and personal lives through our occupational therapy practice, home care service "Pflege Inklusiv", day care center, communal and assisted living, our "Animals Helping Handicapped" institute, and our recycling store.

Your Responsibilities


  • Assisting with daily activities and leisure time, tailored to the individual needs of the residents
  • Comprehensive support with personal care, daily tasks, and promoting quality of life
  • Providing care for specific residents as part of individual care planning
  • Organizing daily routines and fostering a harmonious living environment within the residential group
