We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Retail Salesperson Trainee (m/f/d). As a trainee at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee. On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with our customers and learning everything there is to know about the textile retail industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working directly in one of our Takko Fashion stores as part of your practical training. You will start by learning about the day-to-day operations of retail, from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as customer service and interaction.
  • Attending a local vocational school for the theoretical part of your 3-year training program.
  • Taking on some departmental responsibilities during your training.
  • In your third year, you will be prepared for more challenging tasks, gaining insight into inventory and personnel management, so that you can eventually step in for your store manager.
