  • You will review and monitor all activities related to data quality of insurance periods.
  • You will take on the role of coordinator for data protection and information security in the AOK district office, serving as the primary contact for data protection management and information security, and advising the management, executives, and employees on topics such as data protection, information security, compliance, and misconduct.
  • You will ensure that the compliance requirements of the AOK district offices are in line with the guidelines set by the AOK headquarters.
  • You will coordinate internal and external audits, including communication, transfer, and monitoring of the implementation of audit results to the management and executive level.
  • You will conduct internal audits (e.g. data protection checks) according to the control concept of the AOK headquarters.
  • You will handle and evaluate all data protection breaches in the AOK district office, including processing and reporting of reportable data breaches and violations of information security.
  • You will conduct internal controls as needed and directed.
  • You will be responsible for communication and knowledge transfer (e.g. training of employees and executives) on defined topics and according to company guidelines (e.g. data protection, information security, compliance, or misconduct).
  • You will be the primary contact for the AOK headquarters, executives, and employees in case of suspected misconduct and will investigate the matter.
