These are your tasks

You will be responsible for processing cost estimates and tender documents.

Processing cost sharing, funding applications, and administrative agreements are also part of your tasks, as well as monitoring deadlines and ensuring information flow for individual projects.

You will monitor the cost-effectiveness of project processing through cost-benefit analysis and handle cost estimates and calculations (including according to AKVS) in phases 2 and 3 of object planning for transportation facilities and engineering structures according to HOAI.

Preparing performance specifications, construction descriptions, and complete tenders (phase 6 of object planning for transportation facilities and engineering structures according to HOAI) are also part of your daily work, as well as participating in the awarding process in phase 7 of object planning for transportation facilities and engineering structures according to HOAI.

What we expect from you

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable field. Professional experience is desirable, preferably with a focus on tendering and awarding. Good knowledge of tendering software (e.g. RIB iTWo) and MS Office is required.
You have good oral and written communication skills, excellent time management, and analytical abilities. You can quickly find solutions to problems that arise.
Your profile is rounded off by organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
