Pay:
$24.73 / hour

Job Duties:

Serves food and beverages to guests in private event functions
Sets up private event functions (including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces).
Communicate any issues from guests to Manager.
Keep inventory of all equipment in order and stored in their appropriate areas.
Provide all guests with a 5star experience from start to finish.
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or as directed by supervisor.
Understands and can communicate products and services available to guests
Prebuss tables as needed
Ensure function rooms are properly cleaned and always showready

Education/Experience:

2 year similar experience
High school diploma

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Pleasant and attentive personality
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management discipline.
Understanding of banquet operating systems
Ability to multitask.
Operate effectively in stressful situations.
Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
Is a team player and interacts with all guests and fellow associates in a positive and friendly manner.
Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English.

Physical Demands:

Strength demands: Medium work. Includes exerting 1030 pounds.
