Job Profile and Description:

Agency Administrators, Inc. is expanding, and we have an opening for a Personal Lines Client Care Representative to join our award-winning team. Agency Administrators, Inc.

is an independent insurance agency service center successfully serving clients throughout CT, NY, MD, MA, NC, SC, FL and more.

As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience.

**Position Type: Full

  • Time**
    Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST 5:30 PM EST

Education Required:
Current P&C Producer license


Experience Required: 2 Years minimum


Responsibilities:


  • Optimizing Customer Service and Client Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service
  • Policy Management including:
  • Processing payments and provide clear and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions
  • Obtain all necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Generating and sending evidences of insurance such as binders and ID cards, as well as reviewing carrier downloads for accuracy
  • Obtain claim information and transfer to carriers
  • Document and process policy cancellations properly
  • Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure for underwriting accuracy as well as identify opportunities for savings within current policy
  • Address company recommendations with insureds to meet carrier compliance requirements
  • Maintain uptodate client files by attaching documentation
  • Navigate agency management system using proper workflows

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure professional and concise communication
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly to establish rapport
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License
  • Experience with Applied EPIC a plus

Salary and Benefits:


Pay:
$45,000 to $52,000 per year
