Essential Training and Job Functions
- Learn and observe various functions related to our freight forwarding and warehousing operations.
- Train in rotations through the following areas, including but not limited to:
- Warehouse Operations
- Ocean & Air Freight (Import & Export)
- Ground Services
- Accounting & Finance
- Field Sales
- Operations Support Services
- Travel to different locations to learn skills and gain knowledge from other stations may be required.
- Determined and driven to accelerate your career.
- Possess leadership qualities and desire to build your leader skills.
- Enjoy a fastpaced environment.
- Possess integrity and strong work ethic.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate punctuality and a good attendance record.
Program Requirements
- Must have the ability to travel domestically & internationally.
- Possess a valid passport.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the country for which you apply.
Physical Requirements
- Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Job requires presence onsite at the assigned work location.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management or Marketing preferred.
- Bilingual skills are helpful.
Certifications and Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
