Job Summary:


Winholt Equipment Corp, a leading USA manufacturer with a global supply, offers quality products and equipment solutions to supermarkets, retailers, foodservice and restaurant chains, supply chain industries and e-commerce businesses.


Our Brand/Category Product Manager will be responsible for Product SKU and Product/Brand Category data analytics, pricing analytics, competitive analysis, market trends, etc.

New Product project management for the entire lifecycle of a new product, from ideation to sales, managing the product through the entire process, including creating a marketing/sales plan with sales management, for launching new products.

This position works to improve gross margins by product and category with cross functional teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Develops a vision and roadmap for new products based on input from sales, supply chain, customers, competitive analysis, and market research.
  • Identifies product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
  • Creates and Reports on product/category analytics for sales trends.
  • Performs customer interviews and market assessments.
  • Develops Gotomarket strategies for new and existing products.
  • Determines New Product introduction timetables, pricing, and timeintegrated plans.
  • Coordinates with crossfunctional teams to ensure all team members work cohesively in the new product development process.
  • Works together with sales and marketing to develop competitive item/sku pricing structures.
  • Performs periodic competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership, present market strategies and product analytics.

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Daat Analysis Tools
  • This can include periodic travel, participation in trade shows, etc.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or project management.
  • Three plus years of product/brand management experience/marketing.
  • Tech Savey
  • Foodservice & Restaurant Chains, Supermarket, Supply Chain, and ecommerce equipment experience.

Physicl Requirements:


  • Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year
