    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill our company's open positions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    • Negotiate job offers with potential candidates
    • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
    • Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs
    • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software (e.g., Workday)
    • Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
    • Experience in employee relations and contract negotiation
    • Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in lead generation for recruiting purposes
