We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our client, an established personnel service provider with a nationwide presence, at our Massanutten, VA location.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiating contracts with existing and new clients
  • Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to acquire new clients
  • Independently recruiting candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels
  • Preselecting and presenting candidates
  • Supporting employees in all personnelrelated matters from hiring to termination
  • Scheduling and managing employee assignments

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training and/or a degree (ideally in the field of personnel)
  • Previous experience in human resources or personnel services is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured and resultsoriented work style with strong organizational skills
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
