  • UX design of the customer platform for our in-house developed software TESMA
  • Development of intuitive user journeys through the applications
  • Prototyping for innovations and solution ideas
  • Planning and conducting usability tests
  • Support and evaluation of customer surveys
  • Close coordination with the TESMA product management team
  • Collaboration with the development team on technical dependencies and feasibility of design ideas

    • What you bring

  • A degree in media informatics, media/communication sciences, information design or similar
  • Several years of professional experience as a UX designer or UX concept developer
  • Solid experience with prototyping software, preferably Figma
  • Relevant experience in planning and conducting usability tests
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • A focus on teamwork and a structured and pragmatic approach round off your profile
