Masterpiece Dentistry is a privately owned modern, boutique Dental Office located in the Back Bay.Solo practitioner Dentist and many of our team has been with the practice for years We are looking for a part time Dental Patient Care Coordinator.
Must have at least 2 years working in a Dental Office and Great Communication Skills
Hours:
-
Tue ,Wed, Thur 8-5
- Greet and checkin patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar using Dentrix and Eaglesoft
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance information
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Asking for reviews and marketing
- Making financial arrangements and collecting payments
