Are you ready to make your mark on the world and save lives? Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, winning team? Axon is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our Order Processing finance team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of order entry, from accurate sales order entry to system data maintenance to process improvement projects.

The position involves accurately processing customer orders, capturing and entering all pertinent order details within multiple systems for visibility across the organization.

The Coordinator will need to be resilient and able to operate in continual changing order processes and product offerings.

Focuses for the position are data entry, time-sensitive order processing, record verification and assisting with projects and administrative tasks as needed.

What You'll Do:


  • Processing Orders as submitted by the Sales Team in Axon's systems
  • Ensure Sales Orders are accurate in Axon's Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Adhering to ATF Compliance
  • Professionally interact daily with Sales, Operations and Finance team members
  • Provide customer service for internal and external customers
  • Manage Distributor endtoend relationship
  • Undertake additional hours when required during peak seasons of the year, including some weekend hours
  • Maintain 48hr order turnaround time
  • Escalate issues to Team Manager when appropriate
  • Manage Order Queues and reporting
  • Provide backup support for team members during absence
  • Adhoc projects as necessary
  • Additional tasks may be necessary to contribute to team's overall success

What You Bring:


  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years order/data entry experience
  • Adaptable to continual product/process changes
  • Ability to multitask with a variety of job duties
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work crossfunctionally to resolve issues
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Solid time management and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and positive/proactive attitude
  • Project management experience a plus
