- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Linux servers and applications.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users regarding Linux-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system upgrades, patches, and security fixes.
- Perform regular backups and recovery procedures for Linux-based systems.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures for Linux administration.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Linux system administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of shell scripting and command-line utilities.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience or internship in Linux system administration or technical support is a plus.
