    Description


    Overview and Essential FunctionsWorking closely with the Operations Controller; a successful Business Analyst shall help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to management.

    The Business Analyst will be detail oriented, self-disciplined & motivated, and one that strives for continuous improvement.

    At a minimum, this position requires a good working knowledge of accounting/business practices, ability to use a computer (Microsoft Excel), and an understanding of how to analyze data.

    In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience:
    the ability to work safely, with or without supervisionthe ability to coordinate the activities of othersthe ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issuesexcellent manual dexteritythe ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problemsthe ability to analyze and enter data with high degree of accuracy and completenessthe ability to organize workload to determine priority of dutiesthe ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completedResponsibilities:Manage processes effectively and apply expertise to ensure completion of work assignmentsParticipate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or proceduresCommunicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/projectRead, interpret, input, and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experienceProficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)


    Authorized to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record checkWorkplace Environment and Physical DemandsTo be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions.
