- Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday
- Friday 8:00 am 5:00pm. Hours may vary.
- Location: Downers Grove, IL
- Hybrid.
Duly is seeking a
Director of Transformation who has an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data and proven ability to execute initiatives that drive the evolution of value-based care.
This individual will utilize their strong attention to detail to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, drive change, and ensure successful execution of value-based strategies.

Responsibilities:
How will you deliver the extraordinary:
1. Leverage your analytical thinking capabilities to execute VBC strategic initiatives.
- Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's valuebased care goals
- Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams that enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
- Achieve operational and financial objectives for VBC Transformation initiatives
- Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact
2. Be a champion for cultivating a culture of change.
- Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation
- Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Guide and support to teams as they navigate through change
3. Demonstrate your ability to successfully manage projects from inception to completion.**- Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
4. Showcase your data-driven, decision-making skills to impact change.**- Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics
- Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
- Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.
5. Take the lead on training and development programs.
- Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives
- Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows
- Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short
Qualifications:
Type of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Adminstration or a related field highly prefered.
- Five or more years of experience working within healthcare and valuebased care required.
Prefer someone with at least 2-3 yrs of consulting experience.
Core Competencies:
- Proven track record of delivering operational results in a matrixed environment.
- Deep understanding/proven experience in healthcare analytics and reporting, preferably in valuebased care.
- Proven experience leading transformational initiative in a healthcare or valuebased care setting.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others.
- Knowledge of valuebased care principles, healthcare operations, regulatory requirements.
- Analytical thinker, project management expertise and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite skills.
