Position Specific Description
Our Fleet Services Department is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is responsible to perform data analysis on all aspects of NextEra Energy's fleet of vehicles and equipment as well as on the operations of FPL's garages.
The selected candidate for this role will:
• Perform data mining to provide analytical support and reporting related to Fleet Services' daily operations.
• Interface with our IT department to ensure any system issues are addressed and to develop system enhancement requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of entries in FA Suite InfoCenter which is the system used to track all aspects of FPL's fleet.
• Provide reports on the operations and performance of FPL's fleet garages.
• Provide various reports to other departments such as Risk Management as well as required reports to government agencies and various industry organizations.
• Maintain and improve Fleet Services Power BI dashboards.
• Provide reporting related to budgetary planning and performance.
• Provide reports and information to Fleet Services' internal customers related to our operations and rates.
• Meet attendance and storm duty requirements.
This position requires excellent data mining and Excel skills. The ideal candidate has excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly with Excel. In addition, IT, Power BI, SQL, SAP, and vehicle fleet related knowledge are a plus.
Job Overview
